The design scheme is provided “as is” without expressed or implied warranty. BAREFOOT LUXURY Living™ disclaims all warranties about the design scheme including all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

For Full-Service design services, a retainer is required and non-refundable.

We hope you are satisfied with all items purchased with BAREFOOT LUXURY Living™. Since most purchases will be made through our online platform, we encourage you to contact us at info@barefootluxuryliving.com for product details, and estimated ship dates before placing your order to ensure satisfaction upon arrival. Your purchase will be subject to the Return Policy that was in effect at the time of your purchase.
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for the following reasons - item does not fit in the intended space, not as expected, color variation, no longer want, need, etc.
Products that arrive damaged or incorrect are eligible for return or exchange. Claims must be filed within 5 days from the delivery date. All items are carefully inspected before shipment, but damages may occur in transit. We ask that you inspect your package upon delivery. If your shipment requires a signature, note any damages on the delivery receipt before signing. Take a picture of the package before unboxing if you notice any imperfections. If your item is missing or the incorrect item was delivered please attach a copy of any paperwork the delivery agent provided. If a concealed defect or damage is discovered, please take detailed images of the damages or defect to help expedite the claims process. If the requested documentation is unavailable, your claim will still be considered for reconciliation.

All sales are processed through SideDoor. All sales through SideDoor are final. If your item arrives damaged, please report this issue to a SideDoor team member at info@onsidedoor.com. SideDoor will address any damage by dispatching a repair person to fix the item or sending a replacement product. Please report any damages within 48 hours of delivery.
