ONLINE PROJECT QUESTIONNAIRE
By completing a detailed questionnaire and providing photos and measurements, you will assist us in creating a personalized visual concept and atmosphere that reflects your unique preferences. This step will establish the overall look and feel, ensuring a customized experience that aligns with your style and budget. We aim to simplify the design process, saving you time and minimizing uncertainty.

CREATIVE PROCESS for all Design Packages
Upon receiving the invitation to our online portal, you will embark on an immersive journey.
DESIGN CONCEPT
VISUALS Phase 1 - ATMOSPHERIC BOARDS
You will receive 2 boards for review. Select the one that best captures your vision. This will help us create a personalized design project that suits your preferences and needs.
SOURCING Phase 1
We will curate and source all the necessary elements such as furniture, lighting, homeware, accessories, artwork, and decor. We will insert them in the next step.
For full-scope design services, we will provide fabric samples and finish samples.
VISUALS Phase 2 - CONCEPTUAL BOARDS
You will receive conceptual boards to help you visualize how your space will look with the unique atmosphere we created. The conceptual boards include a mood board, a room board, a floor plan, and a 2D/3D render with perspective and walk-through options. You can request one revision to ensure that the design meets your expectations.
SOURCING Phase 2 - PRODUCT LIST
We will curate and source additional products if necessary.
SOURCING PHASE 2 - SPEC SHEET only for Full-Service Design Services
The list will include a detailed description of each element, with dimensions, colors, textures, specifications, images, vendor links, and pricing.
PURCHASE
You can expect to receive a curated list of furniture & accessories. You will have the option to purchase the products directly from the list.
DESIGN IMPLEMENTATION
VISUALS PHASE 3
We will provide layout options, furniture, and accessory placement for the perfect finishing touch.
INSTALLATION
If you proceed with E-design, please note that you will be responsible for receiving and installing all the products that you purchase.
FINISHING TOUCH
This phase of the design process is when the creation of your vision is brought to life.
DESIGN CONCEPT FINAL CONSULTATION
We will call /meet with you to review each and receive your feedback. This meeting occurs after completing the design project.
